LP Rewards, 10 Tiers of Awesome!
TLDR
Completing a full set of NFTs pulls some of the biggest yields in Memenopoly. Each NFT gives you a daily reward and each complete set will boost it by at least 2x. To incentivize LP holders we created a 10 tiered reward system that rewards you with an option of an NFT at each level. The ONLY way to mint the last card of each property set, as well as some exclusive player NFTs is by staking LP (or a second hand market of course).
The kicker, You can only choose one NFT per level, so you’ll have to make some tough choices along the way, or farm from multiple addresses to complete all the sets!
Deep Thoughts
Liquidity is probably the biggest factor into how far a project can really go. Without it a token is useless, it’s really that simple. Incentivizing LP holders has also become much more challenging as more risk off and innovative farming options become available. Relying on the dev team to provide all the liquidity; locked, burnt or otherwise, isn’t really how you make it work either.
We are also in the unique position where the game itself is the breadwinner, generating the true yields. There is plenty of MNOP to be earned staking LP, but we felt just standard yield farming wasn’t going to cut it, and the last thing we wanted to do was crank up the rewards per block on our farms and inflate our token out of existence!
We needed a solution that not only incentivized staking LP and MNOP tokens, but also was an integral piece of the gameplay that would add to the experience.
Staking NFTs in and of itself is a yield generator, and staking a complete set will at a minimum double your daily rewards for all cards in that set. This can lead to some massive rewards if you have managed to collect a decent amount of sets!
So, what do we do?
We came up with the idea of a 10 tiered reward system that rewards you with an option of an NFT at each level. Lock in your points every time you harvest or compound LP rewards. These reward points are in addition to the MNOP token you earn from the same pools.
The first Tier starts after earning 1 point. Each Tier is 3x the points of the previous, up to Tier 10. Jump to the end for a full list of Tiers and reward options.
The ONLY way to mint the last card of each property set, as well as some exclusive player NFTs is by staking LP and earning Reward Points in the marked pools!. You can of course spend your hard earned BNB on a second hand market, but if you want it from the source you will have to farm LP.
Pools that are marked with the green 1x, 2x tags will earn reward points, 3rd party pools will be excluded (unless otherwise noted).
It’s kinda like if you were to play Memenopoly at WacDonalds, you might get a bunch of Cobie’s but that big money Musk is so elusive, you wonder if it exists!
Most Tiers give you a choice of 2 or even 3 NFTs, but you can only claim one! Since the majority of the Tiers provide exclusive NFTs you can only get from LP rewards, it’s going to be a tall task to complete all the sets! You could always LP farm on multiple addresses to claim the NFTs you missed, but don’t underestimate the power of 3! The first few levels may seem quick, but as you climb the ranks, you have quite an upstream battle with all the other fish in the pool!
Final Thoughts
We are really excited about how the Rewards System fits into the Memenopoly ecosystem! It adds yet another new and unique twist to our gamified yield farming, helps limit MNOP inflation by making NFT Sets harder to complete, provides incentives for players to lock up LP and instinctively adds value to the exclusive and hard to get NFTs, both in game since you’ll get a bigger rent share, and on a secondhand market since they are rare and hard to come by!
